Role:

We are looking for an IT developer. Experience in previous positions could be: full-stack programmer, game programmer, hardware programmer. Personal qualities: independence, receptivity to innovation. We are looking for a person with diverse experience. The most important feature is the ability to quickly understand the problem/task/sphere and operate on the available data.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyse integration protocols (data flow/formats)
  • Implement and map third party services (mostly using rest API)
  • Develop back end using C# for Google cloud platform container engine
  • Develop front end application for back office using Dart/Flutter
  • Develop front end application for mobile device using Dart/Flutter + native Android/iOS
  • Develop web app using Javascript and Vue framework

Requirements:

  • Very good skills with C#, Javascript, HTML/CSS, and bonus points for Dart
  • Good knowledge of web app frameworks
  • Good understanding of cloud infrastructure
  • Good understanding of data in databases (sql, nosql, cloud spanner, ...)

Senior Mobile App Developer

  • Ensuring the best performance and user experience of the application
  • Troubleshoot and debug to optimize performance
  • Writing clean, readable, and testable code
  • Design features and interfaces to improve user experience

Requiremenets:

  • Extensive knowledge about the full process of mobile app development: from the first line of code to publishing in stores
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage

  • Experience with Android app development would be an advantage

Head of Customer Support

Responsibilities:

  • Manage customer requests (emails, chats, social media messages, calls) and help centre;
  • Constantly improve and develop Customer Support vision and strategy;
  • Set KPIs and establish a reporting scheme;
  • Build, manage and motivate Customer Support Team;
  • Maintain a knowledge base for the Customer Support Team;
  • Train Customer Support agents;
  • Share customer insights with the management team;
  • Cooperate with the development team on customer related tasks and projects;
  • Help out other departments on various tasks.

Requiremenets:

  • Motivated, hands-on individual able to make decisions independently and work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment;
  • Background in Customer Support and team management;
  • Strong problem solving, analytical, prioritization and communication skills;
  • Good with making judgement calls to drive efficiency and quality;
  • Strong verbal and written English and Lithuanian skills. Russian and other European languages will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience in building teams and processes will be considered an advantage;
  • Experience with Zendesk would be an advantage.
